Yemen, which is known as clashes on the world agenda, hosted sectarian conflicts and rebellions during the period of Ottoman control under Ottoman rule. In the 18th and 19th centuries, the Ottoman Empire had to fight not only the insurgent natives  but also the imperialist states in Yemen. The struggle was not only for Yemen, but it also had an important place to prevent the enemies from entering the holy land.
